STUDIO RULES

  • Please take off your shoes or wear a shoes cover. 


  • No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative


  • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels


  • No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances


  • No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative


  • All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. $50 minimum cleaning fee required, additional charges my apply depending on studio condition at wrap


  • Maximum of 6 people in renter’s party

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • 50 percent deposit due at time of booking. Remaining rental fees due on rental day

  • Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period

  • Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late

  • Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental

  • $50 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio and large groups or production crews exceeding 15 people. Additional charges my apply

  • $15 per hour additional charge for every hour booked after 8:00pm

STUDIO EQUIPMENT

  • Studio lighting will be provided upon request, at additional cost

  • Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down

  • All pre-installed paper backdrops (black, white, grey) are free with rentals

  • $15 fee for full sweep/roll out of white seamless on the floor

  • Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $120 (2 weeks notice required)

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 48-hours before scheduled rental

  • No refund for cancellation made less 48-hours before scheduled rental

  • 25 percent reschedule fee if notice is less than 48-hours before scheduled rental

HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY?

HOW DO I SEE THE COST TO RENT THE STUDIO?

WHAT IF I NEED TO BOOK A RENTAL TIME THAT ISN’T ON THE SITE?

If your desired time package isn’t listed, please call us at (604) 285-8850 to book.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

We only provide the studio space and lighting. You are responsible for hiring a photographer.

DO YOU HAVE LIGHTING FOR VIDEO?

We do have LED continuous lighting for video. We also have strobe lighting for photography.

IS THERE AN EXTRA COST TO USE THE STUDIO LIGHTING.

All lighting and grip equipment will be an extra cost.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Studio hours are
8:00am - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday), 
8:00am - 8:00pm (Saturday) 
9:00am - 6:00pm (Sunday).

CAN I WALK IN AND SEE THE STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING?

We do not allow walk ins but you can request a tour by submitting a studio tour request form.
